Questions

Before you rope up

What's a seat?

One estimator. A paid seat can be active on up to 2 computers, say an office desktop and a laptop.

What do I need to bring my own AI?

Pro or Team, and an account with Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant. Usage runs on your account; BidRock doesn't meter it or mark it up.

Does my data leave my machine?

On Desktop, no. On Pro and Team, only for the cloud features you use. If you connect an AI, the sheets you ask it to read go to that AI, under your account.

Is it Windows only?

Yes, today: Windows 10 and 11.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, on renewal.
